e-Invoicing FAQ
E-Invoicing is a digital method of issuing, receiving, and managing invoices electronically. It ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Malaysia’s tax regulations.
Customers who require an official e-Invoice for their purchase must submit a request within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Here are some examples:
If you purchased on 1st January 2025, you must request by 3rd January 2025.
If you purchased on 31st January 2025, you must request by 2nd February 2025.

For Businesses, please provide:
- Business Name
- Business Registration Number
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Contact Number
- Billing Address
- Invoice Number
- Purchase Date
For Individuals, please provide:
- Full Name
- Identification Number (NRIC)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Contact Number
- Billing Address
- Invoice Number
- Purchase Date
Need help finding your TIN?
You can search for your Tax Identification Number (TIN) on the official MyTax portal: https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/carian.
Once your request is submitted and validated, our team will process your e-Invoice within 3 working days.
